MEMS μTCD
Equipped with a micro-thermal conductivity detector (μTCD) based on micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS), the detection limit can be as low as 1ppm, and the sensitivity is 10 times higher than that of regular TCD. Temperature programmed column effectively improves the separation ability and the sensitivity of the post-outflow peak, providing more sensitive and reliable analysis of high boiling point hydrocarbons

Built-in sample regulator
The optional built-in sample regulator provides operators with accurate analysis of input pressures up to 1000psi. At the same time, it heats and maintains the sample at a high temperature of 100°C, so that the effect of low ambient temperature on the sample analysis. It provides automated sample line purging, eliminating manual operation, making remote online analysis more convenient

 

chromatographic module
Based on the modular GC structure, two chromatography modules can be installed in the chassis. Each chromatographic module contains an injector, a temperature programmed column, and a detector. Users can quickly replace chromatographic modules in minutes to accommodate new applications or perform instrument maintenance. In addition, chromatography modules facilitate OEM integration
