Portable Gas Chromatograph (GC-FID)

The portable gas chromatography analyzer adopts stable GC-FID technology to carry out on-site qualitative and quantitative analysis of methane/non-methane total hydrocarbons, benzene series and other components in the sample. The instrument is in full compliance with the national standards and methods for VOC analysis (such as HJ1012,HJ/T38,HJ732,HJ734, etc.), and the system can accurately measure the gas concentration in fixed source flue gas and unorganized emissions. The instrument adopts high-precision modular design, which is more stable and reliable for the monitoring requirements of complex working conditions. The flue gas is heat traced throughout the whole process, and there is no heat loss during the analysis. Internal highly integrated, battery, explosion-proof gas cylinder, removable three-proof computer, can meet all-weather and a variety of scenarios.

Man-machine design:

Considering the safe use of on-site personnel, the edges and corners of the overall instrument are designed with rubber-coated shock absorption to prevent collision, and the stability and reliability of the equipment can still be ensured in complex places. The design of the heat tracing pipe handle takes into account the high temperature of the on-site sampling port, and the bending design prevents the operator from being scalded, making it more humanized.

 

Integrated Design:

The instrument has built-in explosion-proof gas cylinder, lithium battery and detachable three-proof computer. The explosion-proof gas cylinder can be repeatedly filled and used, and the standard inflation kit is simple to install and can be completed without tools. There is a safety valve inside the equipment to avoid the danger caused by improper operation. The overall integrated design of the equipment greatly prolongs the use time of the equipment.

The electronic gas control module is based on JJG 1132-2017 national standard, using imported electromagnetic proportional valve, built-in high-precision MEMS sensor, response time is less than 1 second; Module life and accuracy is better than similar products in the industry

 

high precision injection valve:

High precision injection valve stability, small size, long life, low leakage rate. After repeated testing, the switching fluctuation is small, and the performance is better than other imported valves

 

high precision detection module:

High sensitivity universal FID detector, good stability, high sensitivity, fast response speed, in the case of complex electromagnetic environment, the performance remains stable

 

Friendly man-machine interface:

The instrument control unit adopts an 8-inch color touch industrial computer, combined with professional software to display real-time status information such as battery power, gas cylinder volume, flow rate, temperature, etc., and can set low-value early warning to prompt the testing personnel of the instrument status in time for maintenance.

 

High temperature heat tracing pipeline:

The heat tracing pipeline adopts international advanced manufacturing technology and is composed of high-quality PTFE hose. The internal hose can resist high temperature and high stress operation up to 120 ℃. The external hose is protected and braided to prevent external hard objects from scratching and abrasion. The instrument has its own temperature control system, which can adjust the temperature according to different needs.
